In December 2023 Landon & Melissa Martin, and son Alex, started Land Pro with the goal of serving the community and surrounding areas with outdoor power equipment sales and service. The first ad was ran in the Tri-County Shoppper (as shown) the first week of March 2024. In April of 2024 the Scag Power Equipment dealership was acquired and the first mowers were unloaded April 3 on a cold snowy day. Echo Power Equipment was acquired in June 2024. In October 2024 American TGB dealership was acquired. And in January 2025 a Hustler Turf dealership was acquired along with the BCS America dealership.
